How can I protect my hair?
The chief causes of hair
problems today are due to harsh environmental
conditions and excessive manipulation. A hair
protector treatment is most suitable for restoring
your hair's natural defences. One option is to
use softening creams, which provide hair with
a protective moisturising film that will bring
back all its natural vitality and shine.

What is the best shampoo for my hair?
Today, there are as many
types of shampoos as there are hair types and
treatments (for straightening and profiling curls,
anti-dandruff, hair dyes, thin hair...). These
treatments address a whole range of needs and
deficiencies, but we can't use all of them. Each
extract has specific properties and its benefits
are prescribed for a specific hair type. We need
to read the labels carefully in order to choose
the right shampoo that will give us the best
results in our particular case.

·
Can harsh environmental conditions be avoided?
Yes. Leave on (no-rinse)
mousse mask technology has created a quickly
absorbed protective film, which, depending on
the product, can filter out UV rays or reduce
split hairs and even enhance hair keratinisation.
What's more, these products also have a double
effect on hair. When they are applied beforehand,
they protect your hair as well as give it all
the benefits of their natural extracts.

What can I
do to restore damaged hair?
The struggle to restore
your hair's natural shine and silky texture begins
with an intensive treatment. Most manufacturers
feature jar masks among their product ranges.
Normally every brand has various mask ranges
on the shelves of supermarkets but only one of
these will give us the results we are looking
for. However, the struggle doesn't end there:
we recommend you follow a treatment in various
stages and use a shampoo and conditioner from
the same range whenever possible. Regular use
of these products, a vitamin-rich diet and taking
a little bit of time to pamper yourself by giving
yourself a scalp massage constitute the most
comprehensive and recommended treatment.

My children
hate it when it's time to comb their hair. What
can I do?
We like to see our children
clean and well groomed. We've all gone through
this. Luckily today we have solutions that can
do away with the hair pulling, shouting and resentment.
There are few specific products for the little
ones and most of them usually have design defects
which complicate matters. We recommend you try
our magic water for child combing, which will
help you to start and end they day without arguing
with the kids.

Chlorine, salt
and the sun dries my hair: What should I do?
The angle of the sun's
rays changes in summer and there are more hours
of sunlight. In hot weather we tend to leave
our hair down and it also comes into more contact
with chlorine from swimming pools and the salt
water from the sea. All these factors dehydrate
your hair making it rough and causing split ends.
You need to choose specific sun protectors and
leave on (no-rinse) conditioners. The former
filter the sun's harmful UV rays and give your
hair a soothing cool sensation. The latter nourish
and untangle your hair and their UV filters prevent
your hair from drying. You can use both frequently,
after every dip in the pool or at the beach.

Are all brushes
suited for my hair?
The brush is a basic
hair care tool: it stimulates circulation, it
untangles tangled hair, it eliminates unwanted
matter...but it can also damage your hair. You
can considerably improve your hair's healthy
look by using a brush with soft and flexible
bristles.

To have healthy
hair do I only need to take care of my hair?
Your scalp is the foundation
of your hair and it must be nourished to ensure
proper hair development. Soothing and anti-inflammatory
ingredients are of benefit to your scalp's health
and to its offspring, your hair. By following
a balanced diet you can enhance the growth of
strong and healthy hair. Furthermore, we need
to drink at least two litres of water a day because
moisturising starts from within. We need to give
our scalp the same care and attention as we do
to our hair. The use of specific treatments (strengtheners,
vitamins...) in blisters or lotions, accompanied
by mild circular massaging will improve blood
circulation and strengthen your hair.

· Hair
stylers and dryers. Friends or enemies?
The misuse of heat devices
is one of the main causes for split ends, a far
cry from the suppleness and silkiness of a natural
set of hair. In the colder months it may be necessary
to use a blow-dryer every day but do so without
rushing so as to avoid drying your hair excessively.
We do not recommend using these appliances at
their maximum heat or strength, nor should they
be applied directly onto your hair. A good hairdo
or styling requires quite a lot of care in order
to produce the desired effect of vibrant natural
hair.
